Just create new setting in Mobile and PC:-
For Mobile-
Apn:- airtelgprs.com
Proxy:-150.161.2.9
Port:- 80
Homepage:- 0.facebook.com/~mgr/proxy
FOR PC:--
connect with APN :- airtelgprs.com and-
just set the same proxy and port in MOZILLA ( FIREFOX ) and open given homepage by me and put there your website and-
enjoy browsing and downloading for totally free-
